It’s all for you.
The practice of staying in vulnerability, in the raw truth of this moment…not trying to escape, control, understand, strategize…is not easy. Reality has no interest in any of the attempts of the ego to wrangle it into something that feels good. It wants to be seen, naked and true, and it wants to give you itself in its fullness. It wants to give you the gift of itself beyond judgement, beyond your conditioned ideas of safety and what you’ve deemed as acceptable. Reality is filled with love. In its ugly messiness, in its miraculous preciousness and everything around and in between, there is a love deeply embedded in the truth of what is. Its humbling and eye opening to agree to see it all. To open the doors in your psyche that have been locked shut. To see everything that arises within and outside of you as an invitation to be so intimate with all of life that you let it take you without resistance. You open to it all to see the dancing wonder of it. To let the truth pierce you again and again until it feels like the medicine you have always wanted, the aliveness you have been seeking. The ego resists this free fall into the abyss of presence with all of its tricks. It wants to protect you from the truth to hold onto itself. But the discomfort of your reality, of your messiness, of your mortality, of what doesn’t want to be felt, of allowing it all in is the invitation to wholeness. Life is meant to be experienced fully. It’s all for you.
